The world of recruitment had become impersonal, transactional and short-term. Adecco seemed to reflect this with an identity that was cold, corporate and dull. They needed a revitalised brand that was distinctive, exciting and relevant to their audiences of candidates, clients and investors.
We developed a new brand strategy based on the idea ‘Deliver Wow’. It inspired a big, bright, gorgeous world of red. It re-energised dormant elements of the existing identity to create a bold and dynamic brand and was also a call to action for staff to go further and ‘Deliver Wow’.
Adecco’s research showed that ‘Deliver Wow’ was brought to life in a way that made all their audiences overwhelmingly positive about Adecco’s bold transformation.
